Yuliya Nichkasova, PhD, MBA, CIMA Dip Adv

Course Lecturer

Over the 30 years of her professional career in the financial sector, Yuliya Nichkasova has managed more than 80 projects at the macro and micro levels, including several large ones with more than $100 million in funding from European Bank for Reconstruction & Development (EBRD), The United Nations Economic Commission for Europe (UNECE) and United Nations Development Programme (UNDP).

Dr. Nichkasova has an MBA degree from the Leon Kozminsky Academy (Poland), and she got a PhD degree at the Eurasian National University named after L.N. Gumilyov (Kazakhstan) by defending her doctoral thesis on the topic "The financial market and its role in the investment supply of the economy" in 2019. In 2022, she got СIMA's qualification (UK).

Currently, Dr. Nichkasova continues her active design and research activities. She works in a distributed project team at EPAM, an IT global company, using project management tools and agile methodologies for sustainable development. She also conducts regular educational by teaching "Project Management" course as an Associate Professor for bachelor and master students at the Business School of Belarusian State University.
